Noel will take care of the photography side of the wedding. Henk is the Camera-man & he will also Edit the Video Production for you, adding a special touch with music of your choice. General Information
Noel photographed his first wedding in 1978 in Pretoria.
Since then he has photographed weddings all over South Africa, but mostly in the Hoedspruit area near the Kruger National Park. He can recall over two hundred weddings in the past thirty years.
Some of his fondest memories at weddings he can describe in detail and when asked about his outstanding events, he mentioned: the wedding of Andy & Loraine Tinker (Wildlife Photographers) at Tshukudu lodge with lions & elephants.
Then there were the real “Bush” weddings at Umlani, Tshukudu and Mohlabetsi lodges, weddings inside Kruger Park, and the Kapama weddings at River Lodge and even Dave and the gorgeous Natanje riding on elephants to their reception.
The list goes on.
The twenty nine weddings at Moholoholo Ya-Mati, with its beautiful gardens, tranquil river and picture perfect mountains produced some of Noel’s best wedding pictures over the last six years. He recently photographed the wedding of “the movie animal trainer” Sled Reynolds and his wife Tamarn at Umlani Lodge.
Noel is, like Henk, a qualified photographer in the South African Air force, where he received most of his training. The only thing he loves more than photography is fishing.
Noel’s wife, Joey is also involved with weddings in her own right. She is a professional hairdresser and also does make-up and nails for the bride, her mother, bridesmaids, flower girls and even the mother-in-law.
She and her staff, can always be relied upon to beautify the wedding party, no matter where the venue is.
